Speed & Agility Training
Your athlete will learn the fundamentals of sprinting. This class focuses on developing the mechanics necessary to produce maximal speed. Whether they have an ‘awkward run’, need a more explosive start, or would like to increase their top-end speed, the SportStrength program will show them how.
Each athlete goes through 8-12 weeks of a ‘Foundations’ program before progressing on to an ‘Advanced’ program. The Advanced Program is where they will fine tune their sprint mechanics and develop the skills necessary to become one of the fastest on their team.
For athletes ages 9 – 14
Performance Training
This is a 1hr class that combines speed training and strength training. The athletes go through age-appropriate movements (bodyweight, bands, kettlebells, and dumbbells) that help them develop a base level of strength that will improve their performance in sport while reducing the likelihood of sport-related injury.
They will learn how to preform movements properly. This way when they lift weights with their friends or advance into their school’s weightlifting program, they will know how to preform movements and be a step ahead of everyone else.

High Performance Speed
This is the class for high school and college athletes. We focus on refining their sprint mechanics to help them improve their performance in sport. Whether they need to work on their 40 time, 60 time, starting position for a time trial, or increase their acceleration speed – this class will hel them.
Don’t let speed be the one thing that holds your athlete back from a college opportunity.

Mark is awesome!Posted on Greg DaileyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Both of my son (17 yo baseball player) and my daughter (13 yo softball and VB player) have started training with Mark. In just a short time we have had current and former coaches, players and parents comment that they can see how much better and faster my kids are moving. Mark is very professional, has outstanding credentials and has been able to engage and motivate both of my kids. We wish we found him sooner but are excited to continue to train with him.
