That’s a good question. We believe it starts with teaching your young athlete the basics of movement. If they can learn how to perform bodyweight movements properly and control their feet as they move through agility ladders, then they will be better prepared for the demands of sport.
Our Skills Programs consist of body-weight and band-resisted workouts. All you need is a resistance band and an Agility Ladder to train your athlete from home!
You don’t have to stress about finding time to train your athlete. Our programs are meant to be performed 1-2 times per week and each Training Session is right around 30 minutes in length- that’s less than the time it would take you to drive your athlete to the gym and back.
We will guide you through the entire workout with step-by-step instructions and video demonstrations. Sets, reps, rest periods – all of it is programmed for you. You just have to follow the plan!
