OUR PROGRAMS
Find your athlete's Program
Age decides your athlete’s training program.
speed foundations
Sprint mechanics, coordination, and movement basics in a fun, age-appropriate setting.
Advanced performance
Speed, strength, and change-of-direction with progressive, sport-specific training.
high performance
D1 Collegiate style training at the high school level. Sport-specific workouts and testing, custom built to the athlete’s season, to help serious athletes get noticed.
WHAT WE DO
Performance training for sport.
Not cardio. Not general fitness.
Every session is built on three principles that turn raw effort into measurable speed and power.
Speed & Mechanics
Sprinting taught as a skill — posture, shin angle, ground contact and arm action — so the athlete gets faster from how they run, not just how hard they run.
Explosive Power
Plyometrics and force development to jump higher, hit harder and react faster. Power is what separates slow athletes from fast athletes.
Strength for Sport
Progressive, age-appropriate strength built to transfer directly to the field. Technique is coached before load is added, at every age.
WHY PARENTS CHOOSE US
We do not guess whether your athlete got faster
Most training is judged by feel. A parent asks whether their kid is improving and gets an opinion back. We answer it with lasers-timed data.
More than 50,000 sprints have been laser-timed in this building. That is the difference between a coach who thinks your athlete is improving and a coach who can show you the week it happened.
01
Tested every week
02
Programs that adjust
If a number stalls, the training changes. Testing is not a report card — it is what drives the next block of work.
03
Numbers coaches trust
A laser-timed split can carry weight in a recruiting conversation.
04
Proof you can see
You do not have to take our word for it or wait for the season to find out. The number either moved or it did not.

ATHLETE TRAINING
How it works
Every athlete starts with a free evaluation so we know what your athlete needs to improve.
01
Free Evaluation
We assess movement, speed, and performance needs.
02
Personalized Plan
We build a plan around the athlete’s sport, goals, age and current ability — not a template handed to everyone in the room.
03
Train. Track. Improve.
We laser-test weekly to prove speed and power gains, and adjust the programming around what the numbers say.

Questions
What parents ask
What age can my athlete start?
At age five. Ages 5 to 8 train in Speed Foundations, which teaches running, jumping and landing with bodyweight only. From 9-14, athletes move into Sports Performance. And Ages 15+ they move into High Performance.
Is this the same as my child's sport practice?
No. Practice and skills lessons make an athlete better at their sport. We make the athlete faster, stronger and more explosive so they become a better athlete in sport.
How do you prove my athlete is getting faster?
Laser timing gates. We test sprint times weekly and have recorded more than 50,000 timed sprints, so progress is a number you can see rather than a coach’s opinion.
How often should an athlete train?
That depends on your athlete’s age and whether they are in-season or in the off season. Usually 2-3 times is the sweet spot. But again, it varies.
Is speed training the same as conditioning?
No, and confusing the two is a common mistake. Conditioning teaches an athlete to tolerate fatigue. Speed training teaches an athlete to produce force quickly, which requires full recovery between reps. Running an athlete into the ground makes them tired, not fast.
Do you train athletes in my sport?
Yes. We train athletes in baseball, softball, basketball, football, soccer, LAX, volleyball, and track athletes at our facility.
What happens at the free evaluation?
We laser-time a sprint, screen movement and sprint mechanics, and talk through your athlete’s sport and goals. You leave with a baseline number and a recommended program. No cost, no obligation. Book a free evaluation.
