My name is Mark. I’ve trained nearly 1,000 athletes and have worked with D1 Collegiate Teams, USL Soccer, ECHL Hockey, and MLB Organizations.

SportStrength will provide you with programs to teach your athlete the fundamentals of Speed, Agility, and Strength Training.

You just want to set your athlete up for success, but what does that look like? 

That’s a good question. We believe it starts with teaching your young athlete the basics of movement. If they can learn how to perform bodyweight movements properly and control their feet as they move through agility ladders, then they will be better prepared for the demands of sport. 

Our Skills Programs consist of body-weight and band-resisted workouts. All you need is a resistance band and an Agility Ladder to train your athlete from home!  

You don’t have to stress about finding time to train your athlete. Our programs are meant to be performed 1-2 times per week and each Training Session is right around 30 minutes in length- that’s less than the time it would take you to drive your athlete to the gym and back.

We will guide you through the entire workout with step-by-step instructions and video demonstrations. Sets, reps, rest periods – all of it is programmed for you. You just have to follow the plan!

Access to our Skills Programs through our Online & Mobile Applications.

Our Skills programs were created for athletes ages 8 and up. 

You’ll need a single resistance band for our Intro to Strength Program and an Agility Ladder for our Speed & Agility Program.
