Mark Keil, CSCS

Speed and Performance Coach

I’m a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. I’ve worked as a Performance Coach with D1, USL, ECHL, and MiLB teams and have trained well over 1,000 athletes across every sport. 

I specialize in speed development and building high-performance athletes.

Stephon Walsh

Speed and Performance Coach

With a lifelong background in football and track and field, I bring both athlete experience and 10 years of coaching to every program I lead. I currently coach track and field and football, focusing on speed, acceleration, and explosive performance.

As a USATF Level 1 Certified Coach, I combine proven sport science principles with real-world experience to help athletes perform at a high level while staying healthy and developing the right way.

Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach

I am an NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. My husband and I have four beautiful and energetic young kids so I understand the challenges of prioritizing your health with a hectic schedule. Thats what sparked my passion to help people create a balanced and sustainable approach to their health and fitness journey.

I work with clients to create programs that fit their lifestyle while also maximizing results and improving their overall health and wellbeing.

Lillian Grothe

Speed and Performance Coach

Lillian is currently at ORU studying Health & Exercise Science.
She played Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) Soccer and ran track in high school where she was a 5x State Champion. She was also a Colorado state runner-up in flag football.
 
Lillian brings elite-level experience, competitive edge, and an understanding of what it takes to win — and she’s ready to help our athletes get faster, stronger, and more explosive.
