Train with SportSTrength

It can be scary to think about your athlete working out. There are so many things that could end badly… right? 

That’s why I created these Training Sessions- so you can teach your athlete the fundamentals before they train on their own. Rather than starting with weight lifting, let’s introduce your athlete to strength training the right way- with bodyweight and band-resisted training. Or instead of performing a bunch of sprints to improve running technique, let’s first focus on the mechanics that go into a quality sprint. To me that just makes sense. And that’s exactly what we do in our Training Sessions.

You don’t have to set aside a bunch of time to train your athlete. The Training Sessions, depending on the program, are meant to be performed 1-2 times per week. And each Training Session is right around 30 minutes in length- that’s less than the time it would take you to drive your athlete to the gym and back (and yes, that includes the warmup and cool down!).

Our step-by-step guides make it easy for you to feel confident coaching your athlete. And if you don’t know how to perform an exercise, then click the video icon in the training program; you’ll be taken to a video demonstration for that specific exercise. 

Sets, reps, rest periods – all of it is programmed into the Training Session. We take the guesswork out of training. Just have to follow the plan!

I’ve worked with hundreds of young athletes and have applied these same principles time and time again. Why? Because they WORK! And I know they will help your athlete, too.
