I’m a strength & conditioning coach who has worked with nearly 1,000 athletes from elementary school to high school, from D1 Collegiate Teams to (several) Professional Sports Teams. 

It can be a little unsettling to see your athlete struggle to keep up with their teammates. As a parent myself, I get it – you want to provide your child with opportunity. 

Which is why I created this course – for parents like you who want to set your athlete up for success. Whether your child has an awkward run or you simply want to help them increase their speed, this course will show you how to do it.

If you can, then you should! Speed and agility sessions can be costly. Not to mention the gym’s schedules don’t always align with yours. Which is why we wanted to create a way for you to take the training with you – access when it’s convenient for you!

A 4-week training program will be delivered via e-mail. The .pdf will include three weekly workouts, each roughly 15-minutes in length (not including warm up & cool down time). These workouts will be comprised of speed training dills and bodyweight workouts that progress in difficulty weekly. Each exercise will be accompanied by pictures and step-by-step instructions.
