This is where it all starts. Foam rolling, static stretching, dynamic stretching – we cover it all.
It’s important to activate the muscles prior to physical activity so that the athlete may efficiently achieve maximal power.
Simply put, arms = speed. Teaching your athlete how to drive their arms (correctly) can have an immediate payoff.
These drills will teach your athlete how to develop quick feet and balance their weight while staying light on their toes.
These drills will teach your athlete how to improve their acceleration and increase their speed.
