Athletes have a new way to train with the newly released program, SportStrength. The first of its kind – a comprehensive strength and conditioning program designed to prepare athletes for collegiate and professional sports. 

The athlete selects their sport and academic year and SportStrength pairs them with a program unique to their selection. They are then guided through their workout, with instructions and video demostrations for each exercise. 

The goal? By the end of the athlete’s senior year of high school, they should have the speed, strength, and power to compete at collegiate and professional levels.
