If you can, then you should! But strength training sessions can be costly. Not to mention the gym’s schedules can be complicated to work around and not everyone knows how to safely train young athletes. 

3 Months of Training Sessions (.PDF). Each exercise includes a video demonstration.

There are two training sessions per week. 

Roughly 20-30 minutes in length (this includes the warm-up and cool down). Remember – this is an introduction to strength training.

Our ‘Intro to Strength’ program was created for athletes ages 8-12.

Just a single exercise band!
