We reverse-engineered collegiate and professional programs to meet you - the athlete - where you’re at. So, if you’re a sophomore playing basketball, then your program may look different than that of a freshman who also plays basketball. It would also look different compared to a sophomore baseball player. See the example below:

As seen above, two big variables to consider for each athlete are academic year and sport. These factors greatly impact the training routine as goals and seasons vary between sports.

No matter the sport, our objective remains the same – provide the athlete with access to the highest quality training that will increase grade school performance and prepare them for the collegiate and professional competition ahead.

Aside from gaining strength, speed, and power from industry-leading training programs, you’ll have access to your SportStrength Coach. This coach will be your contact for any questions you have related to your training. Once you set-up your profile, we’ll create your training program which can then be accessed online or through the SportStrength App.

That depends on your training phase. If you’re in the ‘off-season’, then we will be trying to build muscle. So, expect to train 3-4 days/week. If you’re ‘in-season’, then training will only be 2 days/week.
Many athletes play more than one sport. We suggest picking the sport you most likely want to pursue.
Yes, you can switch sports. Notify your SportStrength Coach and we will transition you to your new sport’s training program.

Yes. However, you will need to train with us for 3-6 months before we will release this information. This is because we have to develop your ‘baseline’, which can take a few months to do. Plus, we want your progress to be accurate and we feel that 3-6 months are what it will take to make sure your data is legitimate.
