Plus, we often incorporate mobility movements with the strength training exercises. This will allow you to develop muscular size and strength without losing mobility (range-of-motion).

That depends on your training phase. If you’re in the ‘off-season’, then expect to train 3-4 days/week. If you’re ‘in-season’, then expect 2-3 days/week.
